How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150 within the continental US.
Exclusions apply on our oversized items:
Sublime Framed Textiles will be delivered with White Glove service of $195 within the continental US.
Surfboards will have a flat delivery rate of $85. For shipping outside of the continental US, please contact us.
For orders under $150, we offer standard shipping for $9 within the continental US. Shipping costs outside the continental US are calculated at checkout.
Where Do You Ship?
St. Frank can ship to street addresses in the continental US. Because most of our products are shipped via FedEx or UPS, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
St. Frank also ships to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Shipping costs outside the continental US are calculated at check out. If you do not see a shipping option for your country, please contact us.
Can I Place An International Order?

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Can I Expedite My Order?
Yes! Choose the expedited shipping option you desire at checkout with the exception of framed art, surfboards, fabric by the yard, and wallpaper. Please note: all orders placed during weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day, so keep this in mind as you factor in delivery timing. Orders placed after 1 PM ET on business days will begin processing on the following business day. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you are interested in expediting an art or yardage order.
Can I Check The Status Of My Order Online?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email from St. Frank confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive another e-mail notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you have ordered one of our select Sublime art pieces with white glove delivery, you will receive an email when it has shipped and one of our preferred carriers will email or call you within 2-8 business days to schedule a specific delivery time and date depending on your availability.

How Will My Order Be Received?
ART
Standard Delivery for Accent, Mini, and Sublime pieces
Each St. Frank piece is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If you place an order for multiple pieces, they will each arrive in their own box. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via FedEx and delivered right to your front door. FedEx delivers Tuesday through Saturday and does not schedule appointments.
White-Glove Delivery for Select Sublime Pieces
White-glove delivery includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, placement in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging materials. Sublime Framed Textiles will be delivered with white-glove service - please check the Shipping + Returns information on the product page. Deliveries are made within a four hour window of your choice. Please contact us should you foresee any delivery challenges at your home, such as multiple flights of stairs.
NON-ART
Each product is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If you place an order online for multiple products, we will consolidate boxes to the extent possible. Orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS and delivered right to your front door.
My Package Was Marked as Delivered But I Can't Find it
When packages appear to be missing, it is almost always due to one of the following: - The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home. - The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property. - The shipping carrier marked the package as delivered before it actually has been. We find that 9 times out of 10, a lost package shows up in a few days. Our policy is that if a package still hasn't shown up 3 business days after the labeled delivery date, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
ORDERS + RETURNS
What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on most items, with the exception of custom, made-to-order, yardage, swatches, and Archive Sale items. Items must be in new condition, unwashed, unused and in their original packaging.
Bedding returned not in its original packaging will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
With the exception of final sale items, we offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days of receiving your order, and store credit after 30 days. Please notify us of lost or damaged shipments within 30 days to be eligible for a replacement.
All custom, yardage, swatches, made-to-order, and markdown items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

The Piece I Want Is Sold Out. When Will It Be Available?
Please use the form provided on the specific product page to submit your email address for notification when the piece becomes available. The availability of each piece varies as all are handmade by different artisans across the world.

What If My Product Arrives Damaged?
St. Frank stands 100% behind our products. Each piece is carefully finished and packed to ensure safe transport. We have selected our shipping vendors for their quality of service and care of the product. We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 30 days to be eligible for a replacement.
Are Any Products Excluded From Your Discounts?
For most discounts, already discounted items and select co-branded collaboration items are not included (unless otherwise stated).
Can I Use A Promotional Code On Items That Are Already On Sale?
No, promotional codes cannot be applied to items that are already on sale. The discounted prices you see for sale items are the lowest prices available. Valid discount codes can be used only on full-priced items.

Can St. Frank Wallpaper Be Installed In Bathrooms?
Our wallpaper can be installed in bathrooms, even in rooms with showers and tubs or around sinks and toilets. The key to longevity is ensuring that you have proper ventilation to release moisture from the room.
Are Your Fabrics Washable?
For our classic fabric, we recommend gentle spot cleaning only. Our washable fabric is printed with the latest technology that allows for increased color fastness. We recommend spot cleaning, handwashing with cold water or dry cleaning to reduce shrinkage. The color will be steadfast against fading. There may be slight variations in color between our classic and washable lines, so we recommend ordering based on your specific swatch. Our classic yardage will be available for as long as our ground stock lasts, so order soon!
How Do I Take Care Of And Clean My St. Frank Piece?

I Didn't Order Enough Wallpaper. What Should I Do?
Because all of our wallpaper is printed to order, we cannot guarantee an exact color match between separate orders as each is considered its own dye lot. With that being said, if you reach out to us before placing an additional order for wallpaper, we can have our printers color match your new order to a previous one as closely as possible. For the best results, we recommend that your installer integrate the two different runs in a discreet location (like a corner).
